Winter Break Workout Plan Extravaganza
Okay, this is my new workout resolution for Winter Break. Although I had my ups and downs, I’ve been going to the gym pretty consistently through last semester which is goood. But with more free time during winter break, I need to rev up my intensity, especially since there a greater risk of laziness and eating badly being at home.
I actually have no workout plans (I don’t even when I go to the gym, I just do whatever which I know is probably pretty inefficient, but eh) but just will try to be physically active (running, pushups, situps, etc) if not do some kind of sports like snowboarding, tennis, etc. (snowboarding should really count as double!).
I’ll try to update tumblr to keep my motivation going and also try to post any FAIL I have…..OKAY, I already had a FAIL today:
FAIL #1: I ate 3 slices of pie at work today…ugh! I don’t know how I’m gonna handle myself when I start working at that other place.
PS. So excited for snowboarding!!!
PSS. I need to stop promising people abs.
